// How Adya monetises

Six tiers, one principle: pay for the value you capture.

Free is genuinely free. Paid tiers map to value created - per user, per workflow, per managed record. Marketplace and licensing economics are flat-rate. Channel partners earn from influenced revenue.

Tier 01 - Free

Free + Marketplace

Zero-cost developer tier with 200 coins, 5 apps, 5 workflows. Publish to the marketplace at a flat 15% rev share - no listing fees, no exclusivity.

Tier 02 - Paid Individual

Platform Starter / Pro

Starter at $588/year for indie shippers. Pro at $1,499/year covers up to 9 builders and ~100 apps. Anchor for solo and small studios.

Tier 03 - Paid Enterprise

Platform Enterprise

$4,999/user/year list with volume bands at 10/25/50/100/250 seats (10-50% off). On-prem licensing from $40K to $240K. Sovereign-ready.

Tier 04 - IP Licensing

AGP - MAN+ESM - AI-ELT

Use Adya's three IP pillars as primitives in your own stack. AGP from $2.5K/mo. MAN+ESM from free -> $50K/year. AI-ELT $1.5K-$45K/mo by MAR.

Tier 05 - Ready Solutions

GTM - ESA - Recruiter

Pre-packaged agents priced per seat or per outcome. GTM Agent from $149/mo. ESA from $149/mo to $17.5K. Recruiter on a hybrid base + per-profile + per-hire model.

Tier 06 - GSI Partnerships

Authorised -> Strategic

Channel partners earn 20% (Authorised) -> 22% (Silver) -> 25% (Gold) -> 27-30% (Strategic) of influenced ARR, with MDF, deal registration, and joint pipeline.

// FAQ

Pricing questions, answered straight.

What does "BYO LLM keys" actually mean for my bill?
Bring your own LLM keys means you plug in your existing OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini / Bedrock contract directly into Adya. Tokens consumed by your agents bill to those vendors at your contract rate. Adya doesn't proxy, doesn't mark up, doesn't take a cut. The platform fee you see in the calculator is the only thing Adya charges for hosting, governance, and orchestration - no hidden token margin.
What does "BYO cloud" mean? Is BYOC the same as on-prem?
BYO cloud means Adya runs in your AWS / GCP / Azure account. Your cloud spend goes directly to your cloud provider at your contract rate. Adya's control plane orchestrates from outside. BYOC is different from on-prem - on-prem means an air-gapped, self-managed deployment behind your firewall, typically priced as a fixed-term licence ($40K-$240K depending on user count) for regulated industries and sovereign workloads.
What are coins and when do I actually need them?
Coins are an abstracted compute credit you can spend on Adya-hosted models, embeddings, and managed inference if you don't want to BYO. Free tier ships with 200 one-time coins; Pro includes 12,600/year; Enterprise Cloud includes 175,000/user/year. Most BYO customers never touch them. Coins exist as a sweetener for builders who want to skip vendor setup, not as a meter on what you can do.
Is the marketplace mandatory? What's the 15% rev share for?
Marketplace is opt-in. If you want to sell apps, agents, or templates to other Adya customers, the marketplace handles distribution, payments, fraud, and discovery. The 15% rev share is flat - no listing fees, no payment-processing surcharge, no exclusivity, no year-1 lock-in beyond what you set yourself. If you don't want to sell, ignore the marketplace; nothing in your contract changes.
Can I run Adya in a sovereign region or fully on-prem?
Yes. Sovereign deployments use Enterprise Cloud with a region pin (India, EU, US - others by contract). On-prem is licensed at $40K (10 users), $77K (25), $135K (50), $185K (75), $240K (100). All three IP pillars (AGP, MAN+ESM, AI-ELT) ship with the on-prem licence. Higher SLA tiers - including Sovereign at 99.99% uptime with a 60% uplift - are available across all deployment modes.
How does Adya pricing compare to Cursor, n8n, Apollo, or Glean?
On a per-seat basis Adya Pro at $1,499/year for 3 users (~$42/user/month) sits below Cursor Pro at $20/user/month for one product surface, while covering app-building, workflow orchestration, fine-tuning, governance, and a marketplace. Against n8n Pro, Adya offers richer agent primitives at comparable workflow pricing. GTM Agent at $149-$1,799/month replaces an Apollo + Intercom + HubSpot Sales Hub stack costing 3-5x as much. ESA replaces Glean-class enterprise search plus analyst hours. See the full comparison matrix.

Pricing that flexes. Sales that listens.

If the calculator lands close but not quite, tell us where the gap is. Most multi-year and high-volume deals close 5-10% below published pricing.
